This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 2. £20 worth of movie downloads - from www.samsungmovies.com is available to purchasers of the Samsung Wave - or Samsung Galaxy S mobile phones at the 3 online store only from 1st July 2010. Under this promotion there are a total of 2K - Samsung Movie vouchers available. The promotion will run until all vouchers have been claimed or - until 30 September 2010 (whichever is earlier). If you are in any doubt as to which Hutchison 3G stock this - promotion applies to then please speak to a 3 Customer Service Representative prior to any - purchase. 3. All vouchers must be redeemed no later than 31 December 2010 and this credit must be - used in full by this date. If the voucher is not redeemed by this date then it will automatically expire. - Please note that any remaining credit on redeemed vouchers will be automatically lost should it not - used up by 31 December 2010. 4. Customers redeeming under this promotion will either need to join - www.samsungmovies.com or sign in to that service (if they are existing members) in order to take - advantage of this promotion. To claim your £20 movie download voucher you must enter your unique - promotion code in the 'redeem voucher' box and activate the voucher on www.samsungmovies. - com. The promotion code will be emailed to you within 28 days of purchasing the Samsung Wave or Samsung Galaxy S. - Once you have entered your promotion code at the Samsung Movies website, your movie voucher - will be emailed to you within 30 days. - Should your voucher become lost/stolen/damaged the Promoter will - not provide a replacement. 6. Only one £20 movie download voucher will be available in respect of - each qualifying Samsung Wave or Samsung Galaxy S mobile phone purchased. The cost - of each film contained in the samsungmovies.com site varies. 7. The £20 movie download voucher - will not be available where the claimant has cancelled his/her contract to purchase the Samsung - Wave or Samsung Galaxy S. 8. Voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative - to the voucher (or any part of it) nor can it be sold to any third party. 9. The Promoter shall not be - liable for any disruption to this Promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is - beyond its reasonable control. 10.
